Plexus® understands that data privacy laws and regulations are changing. In response to those changes, including those from the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, Plexus strives to provide its Customers and its Ambassadors with transparency, notice, and choice about the personal information that Plexus collects and how we use it and share it. The privacy request form below is for use by consumers to request information about their personal information and make certain options with respect to that personal information. If you are an Ambassador, serving as an independent service provider to Plexus, and you have questions about our use of your personal information, please see your Ambassador Agreement. However, Ambassadors may elect to submit a request that Plexus not sell their personal information using the email address below.

Q: What is the verification process and why is it in place?

The verification process is in place to validate the authenticity of the person making the request. Applicable law requires a two-step process for deletion requests. Upon submitting your deletion request, you must verify an email sent to your email address associated with your account. If you no longer have access to the email address associated with your account, please email privacy@plexusworldwide.com with your request. Verification steps for a request to "know" are like the above two-step email verification method, plus you will receive additional questions validating your identity prior to receiving data Plexus Worldwide® has collected on you.

Q: Can I use an Authorized Agent to make a request on my behalf?

Requests to obtain information about your data and to exercise your rights about your data may be submitted through an Authorized Agent. In order to authorize a third party to act as your Authorized Agent, you must provide written permission indicating the Authorized Agent will be acting on your behalf. Written permission can be either a Special / Limited Power of Attorney or a signed contract granting authority to the Authorized Agent to act on your behalf to submit data requests. You will be required to verify your identity directly with Plexus. We will not honor identity verification via the Authorized Agent. Due to the sensitive nature of privacy requests, we will not process your request until your identity verification is completed. Q: How do I verify my identity when requesting to use an Authorized Agent?

What to expect for Right to Delete requests?
  • An email will be sent to the email address associated with the account in question. You must verify your identity by clicking a verification link within the email. If you no longer have access to the email account used with your Plexus account, please contact privacy@plexusworldwide.com.
What to expect for Right to Know requests?
  • An email will be sent to the email address associated with the account in question. You must verify your identity by clicking a verification link within the email. If you no longer have access to the email account used with your Plexus account, please contact privacy@plexusworldwide.com.
  • Due to the sensitive nature of Right to Know requests, you will be sent a follow-up email with additional security questions which must be answered via email or telephone call.

Q: What is the Right to Know?

The Right to Know provides the right to receive a copy of the data points that we have collected on you in the preceding 12 months.

Q: What is the Right to Delete?

The Right to Delete provides the right to request deletion of information. We do not have an obligation to delete all of your data as certain data may be retained by Plexus under applicable law. If we do delete data, we will either erase or make your personal information unidentifiable (deidentified or aggregated). We will inform you which method was used to fulfill your request.

Q: I am a Plexus Ambassador; can I submit requests for the above personal information rights?

The above rights are specific to consumers. Ambassadors serve as independent contractors providing operations support to Plexus as service providers. Personal information rights and requests are specific to consumers that are not Ambassadors. If you submit a request form with respect to the rights and requests outlined, Plexus will only consider that request in your role as a consumer, not your role as an Ambassador.
